The shelf life of normal powder at room temperature is 12 months, poor raw materials are used to produce powder, and the sprayed surface will accelerate pulverization and aging after half a year.

Spraying area identification method:

A good powder product has a fine, plump, transparent appearance, strong three-dimensional effect, and can maintain a relative luster for a long time. Poor powder products have a dull, rigid appearance, foggy surface, opaque, and poor three-dimensional sense.

Adhesion and aging identification method:
The good powder has strong adhesion, and strong toughness, and can keep for several years without chalking and aging. Poor powder coating starts to have poor adhesion and aging in a short period of time, and the product is easy to age, chalk, rust, etc.

High-temperature identification method:
Adjust the temperature to 220-230 degrees and keep it warm for 10-15 minutes. The good powder has better temperature resistance and weather resistance. After baking at a high temperature, the color change is small, and the gloss changes little. Poor powder, poor temperature and weather resistance, serious discoloration after high-temperature baking, dull luster.
