Operating procedures for powder spraying equipment:
1. The coating machine must be tested before starting to work, and the work can be started only after all parts are running normally. Note: If one or two ignitions do not work, it is best to open the burner fan for a while to discharge the gas in the furnace before the second test.
2. When debugging and maintaining the coating equipment, the main power supply must be cut off.
3. When operating woodworking machinery, you should wear work clothes and fasten the cuffs. Lesbians must wear a work cap, and put the braids into the cap; gloves, scarves, etc. are not allowed to operate.
4. Coating equipment operators must be proficient in the structure, performance, operation, and maintenance methods of various machinery so that they can be used by special personnel and responsible for them.
5. Shafts, chains, pulleys, belts, and other running parts on the coating equipment should be equipped with protective covers and protective plates.
6. If there is any abnormal situation or other faults in the mechanical operation, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the machine should be stopped for maintenance.
7. There are mostly flammable materials around the equipment, and fireworks should be strictly prohibited. Require:
(1) Any process using toxic, irritating, and flammable substances should be placed in a separate workshop, or arranged in a specially separated section of the workshop, and equipped with personal protective equipment and fire-fighting equipment.
(2) The passageway in the workshop should be equipped with facilities to eliminate the wind through the hall, and facilities to prevent the spread of fire such as automatic fire doors, fire and smoke dampers, water curtains, etc.
(3) Overpasses with protective railings and stairs should be installed when it is necessary to safely reach the jobs above the equipment. Non-slip floors shall be laid on the factory floor and overpass passages.
(4) There should be no stacking equipment, objects, and wires crossing the pedestrian passage, and the width of the passage should not be less than 1m.
(5) If the assembly line walks above the work area, a protective net must be laid below to prevent objects from falling.
(6) Excess paint and waste paint, etc., should be isolated and stacked in a dedicated paint warehouse.
