What are the safe operating procedures for flocking machine？

1. Place the flocking machine in a dry place with good ventilation, no flammable and explosive materials around, and a clean, dust-free ground.
2. It is strictly forbidden to expose the flocking machine to rain, snow and steam.
3. The flocking machine and the operation construction point should be kept at a distance of more than 2 meters.
4. Do not cover any items on the flocking machine, and keep good ventilation and heat dissipation.
5. Prepare insulating gloves and insulating electrician rubber boots for construction.
6. Make a special ground wire to make it well grounded, and completely connect the ground wire post on the rear panel of the flocking machine to the ground wire.
7. Put the fluff into the flocking nozzle and buckle the screen cover.
8. Insert the power plug into a 220V AC power socket with a frequency of 50 Hz, and insert the foot switch plug into the foot switch socket. The connection must be firm. (Note: This machine cannot use 380V two-phase AC power).

9. Turn on the main power switch and observe whether the power indicator light is on. If everything is normal, proceed to the next step.
10. Step on the foot switch, if you can hear the "sizzling" sound of high-voltage discharge, it means that everything is normal. Put on insulating gloves and insulating rubber boots to start flocking work.
11. After stopping flocking, release the foot switch first, then turn off the power switch, and then cut off the power.
12. When flocking, adjusting the voltage adjustment can change the level of the high-voltage output, and the voltage should be adjusted according to actual needs when working.
